It was as expected, had a great stay for this business trip. The hotel was in a perfect location, close to a beautiful park. The food was outstanding, had a wide range of options...

Silent, easy to park (although expensive just openly outside of hotel entrance). Rooms big enough.
Modest breakfast, problems to open room doors.

The hotel's breakfast offered a delicious variety.
The air conditioning in my room was troublesome, requiring repair on the second day. I was disappointed to find no access to English TV channels .

The staff in the bar where I took a meal in the evenings could not have been more helpful and spoke good english as did the desk staff.
I was there for 8 days after extending my stay and my bedding was not changed once. Also you have to tell them if you are not taking breakfast as you get charged. I was also charged for parking but they did take it off when I explained that I did not even have a car. It is a bit of a walk into the centre.

Staff on the first two days were most helpful and caring. We arrived late as our flight was delayed and the receptionist was most helpful. Tea and coffee at reception but none inthe room . Extra bed was made up from a bed settee - as requested.
On the final morning (sun 25-09) I visited reception to get a tea and two coffees. The receptionist was most unhelpful and suggested I use the restaurant instead of the provision in the foyer. On checkout this same receptionist attempted to over charge me 120 euros. I had confirmed a price of 156 for the double room and as I had requested an additional bed a further 36 euros per night. My expected bill was 220 euros and she was requesting 408 euros. The breakdown included breakfast that we never had, car parking for a non existent car and a further 40 eoros supplement per night for a room big enough to include an additional bed. I was very cross at both her attitude and her failure to even ask if these services had been used. The on line and print out confirmation makes absolutely no mention of this extra supplement. It would have been cheaper and more convenient to book two separate rooms. The extra bed was not comfortable, pillows were sparse and no slippers and gown were provided for the 3rd person. I assumed this was a consequence of a cheaper rate. The receptionist begrudgingly removed the ficticious costs but would only remove one of the room supplements. I told her I would be complaining and would be expecting a refund. Mrs b Ryan

I enjoyed the spacious rooms at the Welcome hotel. The room was clean and had a pleasant view. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, particularly the coffee. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk to the center and nearby restaurants. On the downside, I encountered an air conditioning issue that needed fixing. Parking costs were unexpectedly high at 18 Euros per day, and I found the pillows too soft for my liking. The service at peak times felt a bit rushed, which detracted from the experience.

The location was 10mins away from town. The hotel was spotless and the receptionist was warm and friendly.
The room had no tea or coffee facilities. And the maid woke us up at 9am to try and clean the room on the day of departure.
